Welcome to Dhaani Holidays Private Limited. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are framed to ensure transparency and a smooth travel experience.
On confirmation of booking and receipt of the advance amount, a binding contract is established between the guest and Dhaani Holidays Private Limited.
All services are provided strictly as per the confirmed quotation.
A minimum advance payment of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
Balance payment must be completed 15 days before the tour commencement date.
Bookings made within 15 days of travel require full payment at the time of booking.
For peak season, blackout dates, special train journeys, helicopter services, safari bookings, or premium hotels, full payment is required in advance.

All payments must be free from bank deductions or withholding tax.
Any applicable bank or gateway charges shall be borne by the payer.
The itinerary provided is suggestive and subject to weather conditions, road status, and local authority permissions.
Sightseeing points may be altered, postponed, or canceled due to safety or operational reasons.
Vehicles are provided strictly as per the itinerary on a point-to-point basis.
Non-air-conditioned vehicles are provided in hill stations as per standard hill area norms.
AC will not be operational in hilly areas due to steep gradients, high engine load, and safety considerations.
Additional sightseeing or vehicle usage beyond the itinerary or after 7:00 PM may attract extra charges.
At certain destinations, local sightseeing is permitted only by union vehicles, and charges must be paid directly by the guest.
During winter or heavy snowfall, normal vehicles may not be able to access certain sightseeing points.
Guests are required to hire a 4x4 vehicle on a direct payment basis in such conditions.
4x4 vehicle charges are not included in the package and must be paid directly to the local union or driver.
Dhaani Holidays or the driver will assist in arranging the vehicle; however, availability, pricing, and operations depend on weather and local conditions.
Standard hotel check-in time is 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
Standard hotel check-out time is 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel management discretion and may incur additional charges.
Some hill hotels may not have elevators due to terrain restrictions.
Meals are provided as per the selected plan:
CP – Breakfast
MAP – Breakfast & Dinner
AP – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Meal format (Buffet / Fixed Menu / À la Carte) depends on hotel occupancy and operational policies.
Room heater facilities, where available, are chargeable and payable directly at the hotel.
Children below 5 years are complimentary without an extra bed.
Valid age proof may be required at the hotel.
Activities such as skiing, paragliding, river rafting, snow scooters, etc., are optional.
Charges must be paid directly by guests.
Participation is at the guest’s own risk and subject to weather and operator guidelines.
Hill roads are narrow and curvy; travel time may vary due to traffic and weather.
Mobile network and internet connectivity may be limited in certain areas.
Guests are advised to carry warm clothing and basic medicines.

Safari bookings are subject to availability and forest department regulations.
Dhaani Holidays cannot guarantee a specific safari zone.
Any increase in government fees must be borne by the guest.
Full payment is required in advance for safari bookings.
Helicopter tickets and schedules are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operator policies.
Dhaani Holidays will make reasonable efforts to arrange alternatives wherever possible.
Full payment is required in advance for helicopter bookings.
Dhaani Holidays Private Limited acts only as a facilitator for hotels, transporters, airlines, safari operators, and other service providers.
Any increase in taxes, fuel charges, or government levies after booking shall be payable by the guest.
Dhaani Holidays shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or adverse weather conditions.
Dhaani Holidays representatives will never ask for your banking credentials, passwords, or OTPs.
All payments must be made only to the official company account.
All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Delhi Courts only.
Separate terms & conditions apply for Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Daman & Diu, and National Parks.
Any change in government taxes, hotel tariffs, safari fees, or service charges will be informed in advance and must be settled before travel.
